Google Bench Ads {Download Squad}

Jul 20th 2006 9:50PM maybe they were just using google as a verb, and not as implied partnership. if they had used "look up 'BENCHADS' on google" instead of using the actual google logo, it definantly wouldn't have stuck out as much. http://www.google.com/search?q=BENCHADS

Autoblog Maintenance 201: Brake pad replacement, Part II {Autoblog}

Jul 7th 2006 6:55PM if someone is going to take the time to change their own rotors and flush/bleed the brake fluid, it would be worth the $100 to buy a set of stainless steel brake lines and install them at the same time.

Is this the T-Mobile Sidekick III / Hiptop 3? (Part II) {Engadget}

Feb 17th 2006 8:30AM a back shot of the same phone shows a removeable battery. even that alone would be a much needed feature. i wish there were some side shots so we could see if it had expandable memory or something.

i don't like how they're getting rid of the scroll button for what looks like a pencil eraser type mouse thing. (ala ibm thinkpads) boo.

seriously, the guy that took these 'spy' shots should be taken out back and flogged. show us the good stuff next time.

China finalizes their TD-SCDMA 3G spec {Engadget}

Jan 20th 2006 5:15PM i wonder how long it'll be before we're borrowing tech from chinese companies? by going off on their own they can jump generations of junk that we still have to maintain and support in the us. they can start clean and learn from our mistakes.

it'll be interesting to see if they are able to capitalize on the current technology to drive their innovation. they can roll out newer tech faster because they don't have to continue to support legacy systems.

del.icio.us bought by Yahoo! {Download Squad}

Dec 9th 2005 9:28PM yahoo already had a photo site. http://photos.yahoo.com i haven't noted anything different since flickr has been aquired other than an extra page since i still log in with my flickr account vs my yahoo account. i'm hoping it'll pretty much be the same with del.icio.us. then again i do have a pro flickr account, i guess yahoo will bring on the ads now for del.icio.us
