I bought it lastnight on total impulse. I'm not a huge gamer, and stuff like this doesn't keep my attention for long, so I was totally prepared to regret the purchase and throw it in the corner. But.... I LOVE IT! I too had the "who needs MORE cameras" mentality. I was so pleasently surprised how engaging this thing is. Before you knock it, pick one up and play with a friend. The pictures are Histarical! WarioWare Snapped alone is extremely innovative, getting your body into the game, its like you're playing a little mini-Wii. It even uses pictures it unknowingly takes of you during gameplay to make fun of you, HILARIOUS! I realize its one game and an isolated example, but im sure theres a lot more like this to come and much more fun to be had. I can't wait to see more and more "apps" added to the DSi shop. If you're on the fence don't listen to the "cameras are lame, its all the same" croud, BUY IT!
Cool!
Looks like it would be a hassle to deal with. I'd say the majority of people are gonna get tired of messing around with the keyboard, are gonna toss it in their junk drawer, never to be used again, and at that point just paid way too much money for an LG Vu.
Who in the world would chump out $434 for a valentines day present? Maybe if it were like a Valentines/wedding anniversery/birthday/late Kwanzaa present, but even then only maybe....
Its like they designed the little oval power button so you can switch it out for an AlienWare logo at your own conveniece.
Just what the masses of Wii playing bodybuilders have been waiting for...
"still a fist-full of ugly"

I think it's pretty rad looking, especially if it were running XP.
Back in '05 when I was working in camera's at Best Bizzle, I was so sure that this "Sony" DSLR would be here today, gone tomorrow. I'm amazed the staying power sony's had in SLR's, regardless of what little market share they may have.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a 12- or 13-inch ultraportable that can also play modern games at a reasonable level, for less than $1,000. I know the brainiacs out there can help me out. Love the site, thanks!"
