I really don't see the argument here. It's freaking MS's OS.... And if someone isn't smart enough to be able to install their own browser, they probably don't even know the what Firefox or Chrome or Safari is. Let alone have the ability to use them... I installed firefox on my mom's computer, told her it was faster and safer but she STILL used IE. she sees the E and clicks. some people think google is the internet. All of us on here, we read about tech, most of us are probably pretty good with computers. I'm sure the tech support people could vouch for this, but we really can't comprehend how BAD some people are with computers. This is possibly the stupidest waste of time ever. Let the people who know better use IE to download ff or whatever. Let the people who don't know a task bar from a window stick to something they are at least familiar with. This really just seems like a joke.
MS seemed to please EU and their stupid requests. They handled this very well. I don't know if I could have taken them seriously.
cromag rally was an awesome game....
Oh baby. I want. it would take an hour for it to take a whole panoramic, one picture takes like a minute to save on my camera, but who cares, this thing rules....
hahah, it's a steal......
That might be the ugliest accessory I've ever seen for anything....
Watch the video, the Japanese already have it. :)
You just got cock-blocked by Apple.
What kind of animal would do this....
That movie was epic. I noticed the Nokia thing when I saw it at the premier, but it didn't bother me... same with the bud classic thing.. It's part of our culture, these companies, so I guess it's kind of cool to see them showing up in a futuristic world.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new laptop, and I want a 13-incher. I need something with a great keyboard for typing, as this will mostly be used for note taking in class. I am absolutely smitten with the XPS 13, but I'm afraid that with its age Dell is going to give it an update soon. Any advice for someone in my shoes?"
