He may have a tough time with a patent though, since Vulcan has their Halogen "Flashbake" line of products.

Of course, they aren't built just for eggs...
I am lucky enought to live in an area where the free OTA (over the air) HD comes in great - and has a decent selection.

Of course, if I had a better screen (such as this one) I may have to upgrade to HD cable.
It's been said a lot already - but 'Gears of War' just looks amazing. Most anticipated indeed!
What I wonder is, if I figured out a way to mfg. my own version and sell in my coffee shop - would LavAzza come after me? Could one patent the idea of an espresso mousse?

Really? You need to come to my neighborhood. Lots of Lexus (Lexii?) going through the McD's drive-thru around here...
I don't understand why anyone would go to Subway when there is surely some local Sub/Pizza shops that are local owned (and not some huge franchise) and usually make the best subs...
"Another win for us gluten-frees!"

If by "win" you mean "product with horrible sodium, calorie and fat levels" - then yes, that's some "win".
As a Yankee myself, I am amazed that you have never heard of Chicken Fried Steak...
I would buy them if they were true damascus steel. I don't want a blade that looks like it is damascus, I want one that IS damascus steel. Sadly, they don't exist anymore...

Damn they make a gorgeous couple. Can you imagine if they had a kid?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
