am I the only one who found the stats amazing, and then a major let down when Vista HP was mentioned?

A computer is only as good as its worst part. In this case, the OS. Dont know what would be a good replacement however.

@Thi mam(kris120890) I still have and use the 3310. The things indestructable. Had to replace the battery but after about 7 years of constant use, Im not complaining.

I could be mistaken but...

HP = Hewlett-Packard =? Packard Bell?

Im using a HP laptop now and theres no mention of Packard Bell but I thought they were one and the same. Can someone please correct me.

So is this the age where Engadget is going to preschool and starting to make a mess around the house, climbing bookcases or playing dress-up?

Perhaps Engadget will dress up like /. or start pulling down the wikipedias from the top shelf of the proverbial digital bookcase.

Have to wonder how many of those 50mil lines are bloated programming that a 5year old could improve on.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.

"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
