Congrats! I hope you'll be able to open your gift a bit early to take advantage!
I agree too. The notion that you're always at the razors edge of peril and death have been core to PoP titles since they first appear (do you remember when you were skewered by the spikes the first time?).

I'd also like to see more of the mythos and plot twists that made me actually care for what I was playing for.

What I did like, however, was the art direction. 2008 PoP was gorgeous and silky smooth... and the painterly style really brought the universe to life. Many times during that game I paused to simply soak in the visuals.
I feel the frustration! It's such an awesome title; just looking purely at the gameplay mechanics, content, and design, it's actually quite fresh and fun. It has an all-time high on the platform's metacritic for crying out loud!

I wonder if the fact that it has a GTA franchise title behind it, people are overlooking the core gameplay value of this sweet title. What a shame.
Gaaaaaa! There she is! Totally missed it.
So just between two game titles, we've pumped in at least $240 million in sales in just the past few weeks? Way to go!
The little video snippet talks about how this is targeted for the older folks. It also makes mention that the larger screen allows the player to share the view with nearby people.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
