you know whats funny about vizio? in italian, "vizio" is standing for "defect".
first, this is great news. i love to see more and more android based mobile phones being announced. Another one from HTC, but someone has to push it...

But WTF is wrong at the HTC design division? I don't care much about the colour, i am sure they will sell this device in standard black as well. What annoys me is that damn banana shape. Didn't Motorola fail with this about 1-2 years ago miserably? It's called a MOBILE phone, the name allready implies that it's being carried around, most comfortably in a pocket. In my opinion a mobile phone doesn't have to be small in the first place(i prefer features), it just has to be flat because i carry that damn thing (who guessed) in a pocket and this curve adds some unnessecary inconvenience

Summary: The shape looks terrible, the shape has no visible reason to give a more comfortable handling to the device, the shape doesn't add better voice quality. Why the @*ç%&)=*£ is it there then?

I hate to be a design nazi, but since i would love to own an android phone this is another huge disappointment design wise and not explicable by any logical reason.

Damn you HTC...
since when did google design the G1? except android i dont think they were involved into the designing part of the G1. and btw, the UI of android looks pretty good. and remember, its their first OS and still in a early stage.

allready downloaded it, right now its doing the backup, which probably still takes about 20mins or more.
anyone got a list of the bugfixes and maybe features that were added?
youre totally missing the point...
there is absolutely no expression for how much i like this device allready now without knowing the detailed specs, not even talking about how much i would like to purchase this nice little cutie.
allready at the announcement of the asus eee i was fallen in love with it, knowing about the different let downs like the screen.
given the screen resolution of the hp 2133 and the targeted price this seems like a total killer offer to me.
but i live in europe, dont let me wait for too long hp, i want to have one of these for my study.
and PLEASE let us install xp on this!

cheers
why dont you tell us in your article the reason why he has to go to jail?

thanks

"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
