@ Dave Caolo,

Wow, thanks, I never thought to look there. Since you can drag stuff in and have it stay and drag stuff out and have it poof I completely forgot that was in there. Goes to show, even hardcore Mac users can overlook the seemingly obvious.
Why would there be a harmful result in using a script that simply _moves_ the file to the .trash and nothing else?

Here's another question, it's easy enough to drag the Network icon/button out of the top section of the sidebar, and it does disappear, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it back. Dragging from the folder instance at the top of the window or at the root level of the drive does not place it back in the sidebar. Any idea how?
Somebody at Kodak just doesn't get it. In this case it is likely a Board of Directors that voted for the new logo. How can anyone think that some odd font with two lines can represent a company as well as the old one which really was a symbol.

Take the word Kodak out of the old version and anyone who has a vague interest in photography or imaging would still be able to tell you what company's product they were looking at. Now you will be forced to read the word Kodak before being able to identify with the company.

I would really love to hear the marketing spin on such a backwards step for the company's branding and identity.
Or you could just hit the dashboard key (F12), click and hold the widget, and hit the dashboard key again. The widget will now be on your desktop. Repeat as necessary. Do the opposite to put them back to the dashboard layer or just hold option down while hovering above to get the delete button (X) to close the widget completely.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
