This is like playing Red Alert on the PS1. Terrible
I can't care less
Lol @ GoW beating Oblivion
Lol, so according to them I'm neither. Woot.

Me deal with it? I'm not the one claiming Halo is on the same league as Half Life. Halo's gameplay is extremely basic. But its other features make it addicting to some.

@14

Going by your logic, Counter Strike should be the greatest game ever right? People have been playing it 'heavily' for almost seven years now.
@killr0y,

Halo's gameplay isn't really any different from others. Other FPS (especially PC ones) puts its game play to shame. What is true, is that it has a really good storyline and decent graphics.
Looks really good
I agree somehow, but in comparison to X360 or PS3, the Wii is a beacon of light. Enhancing graphics can only go so far.

What does Xbox 360 has going for it? A bunch of shooters and nothing else.

What does the PS3 has going for it? Overpriced half-assed multimedia machine.

Like the DS before it, it's going to take a while til the gems come out for the Wii.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
