mario was the easiest mario ever made. there was no difficult stages , no ' oh man , ive died 20 times but i know this time ill do it even though its getting late and i havnt had my dinner ' moments , except the 'collect all the blue coins' levels , which seemed like an after thought to compensate real gamers for tricking them into buying a baby game system, cos thats what it is .. its a baby game system for thumbsuckers.

Jul 18th 2008 7:13AM in this case best selling is most profitable. wii was making a profit on hardware from day one , they had no hardware problems excpt a minor one. i dont know exact figures but with the 360's hardwe nightmare and sellinh the console at loss in the first couple of years i think wii is leading on profitabilty.

Jul 16th 2008 11:24PM the psp is a good system with good games. its not like sony hasnt been trying. they put out a great system and supported and upgraded it. theyve added lots of functionality , it plays mp3s , videos , internet , skype and they have made great games for it. almost all the first party games are great , its just their arent many 3rd party games.
i really think what hurt the psp was the missing analogue stick. all ports , like the shooters and games like mgs are hampered by its absence.
its easy for the game companies to port thier games over because the psp can do the job of playing recognised games , the only problem is it doesnt play those games in the way they are meant to be played.
