kg 8) Saft works on my intel imac.
What would a libertarian do? The less laws the better. No DMCA. No whatever. Protect your DRM technology yourself. Open source can crack or copy or whatever. Not all libertarians believe in copyright either. All I see when I read about this sh*t is a mess. Compromises and confusion. The government doesn't understand that in order to help consumers it has to give consumers a fair chance to destroy Apple's DRM without penalty.
So it'll work on a Mac too :)
I've always wanted a custom logo. But by that i mean no logo.
I e-mailed Steve Jobs about the whining on PowerBook G4 12" Rev. A and they made it VERY hard for me to confirmy my laptop was making the noise even though it wasn't the lone case. At least someone is getting this fixed on the new ones. I f(*(in hate noise. The iMac intel 20" has been fine so far.
I hate seafood. Don't worry, this just "mimics a scallop"---it's not a real scallop.
As much as I will seek out high quality audio this from the start didn't appeal to me. Too complex. Better than the competitors but not ready for me. Apple? I've had a Squeezebox and except for the title of being open source there's no reason not to use Apple Lossless and Front Row with a mac mini. I'd rather have a mac mini than this audio-only device.
the ball gets dirty easily. i know how to clean it but it gets dirty too often.
Of course this was going to happen and the question is will it ever be smoother than this? What is Apple's DRM for [HD] Movies going to be? Same as music videos and shorts? What movie studio wouldn't choose to protect something that should never be copied---the dailies?
I got 30/5 two days ago on Long Island, NY. A "Mr. Winkler" claimed over the phone the $50 would buy me 50/5 but everyone else at the company says that service costs $100. I have very few ways to use all this speed but speakeasy.net confirms it and the company set up all my computers correctly. The new Actiontec router is powerful as far as signal strength; better than my AirPort Extreme. In Japan you can get 100/100 for under $50.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"All of these new nettops have me intrigued. I'm looking for a small, quiet and cheap PC to replace my aging tower in my home office, and all it really needs to do is load Microsoft Office, check email and surf the web. Is there a particular nettop that's better (or a better value) than another? I know it's a rather new segment, but hopefully someone has taken a chance on one already. Thanks!"
