PS. I have large hands and use the diamondback with my fingers. I did that before i read the razer ergonomics guide. So i'd say it's pretty accurate.

Yes, i totally agree. Acer blows. The last laptop i touched from them was a Travelmate which was so horrendous i vowed to never touch Acer laptops again and a couple of months ago one of their sucky LCD's crapped out on me.

Anyway, it's an easy fix. Just one or two screws on the bottom, slide it open and fix whatever went wrong. If you thought for yourself you could have saved us, Razer and Costco your whining and just fixed the damn thing.
