How about an iPhone case with a fiberoptic periscope that reflects light from the front round to the camera?

It is still one of my most useful, most used, most reliable, most bank for my buck pieces of technology that I have ever owned.

It makes my $100+ per month TV bill actually worth it, because I never miss the things I want to watch.

The mount looks good enough, but the TomTom app looks like crap after seeing the new Google Mapping app on Android.

Google and Apple, please kiss and make up so I can have that on my iPhone some day.

I tried the XMBC and the Boxee hacks; they were too slow in my opinion.
And I hated the social-networking hooks of Boxee; like I give a sh*t what my friends are watching?!@#

I love that "My Movies" is at the frick'n TOP instead of the BOTTOM.
That was so annoying, and never encouraged me to buy more iTunes content because it was harder to reach.

I already have an awesome multi-touch input device...
It's my keyboard.

I can see maybe for children or people who can't type, but who doesn't learn to type these days at a fairly early age?

Love my appleTV and have set it up for many clients who use it primarily for playing their music collections in their home theaters.
Combined with the Remote app on an iPod Touch or iPhone it's an awesome in-home music system.

It also makes renting movies from iTunes actually useful.
I rented several before a vacation trip recently, and easily synched them with my iPhone for the flights, then synched the ones I hadn't yet watched back to the AppleTV. All with very littl effort, and all within iTunes.

I remember the early commercials for it described it as "An iPod for your TV".
It works as advertised in my opinion.

I can understand how it will never be as big of a platform as iPod, and it's too bad Apple may not see it as a worthy project because of this. They seem to prefer to do products that appeal to everyone.

Not to me, as I gave up on their craptastic DVR attempts long ago... TivoHD saved me from going back to DirecTV.
