Sh*t, man, my bad.

I thought you were talking about the Rogue Warrior that was releasing on all consoles....'cept the Wii.
It is Rogue Warrior.....this is not related to the Rogue Trooper that was released last generation.
Yes, you are. It would be like building a car and selling it to a consumer while not allowing the consumer to use any other manufacturer's tires or breaks or oil or oil filter or windshield washer fluid etc.

Say Nissan released software that will not allow Goodyear tires to work on Nissans. And this could be after millions of consumers bought Goodyear tires for their cars. Now you have millions of consumers who cannot use their cars. This is not AS drastic as this, but if people bought these memory cards and can now no longer use them, they are forced to by an MS product and they also lose all of their saved game files.

Here, here!

This is probably one of the few things lawyers are good for.

And I am surprised MS hasn't learned their lesson after having to pay billions in anti-trust penalties in Europe for their past Windows practices.
I think the media is more at fault for the shootings than video games. If they didn't give the Columbine shootings so much attention during and after the event, most people wouldn't immediately jump to a solution that "is going to be worse than Columbine" when they are upset about something.

I love to eat Diner, though it is a bitch on my teeth, what with all the steel and concrete they use to make my Diner.

Nothing could be finer that eating a diner while I stare at your Vaginer in the ....morning!

HA!
How does the PS3 lead in a big margin?

It outsold the 360 by 71K. OMG, the 360 is done.

And the software top 10 sales have a total of 750K PS3 sales and 1.331 million 360 sales.

Soooo, the PS3 outsells the 360 by 71K units and the 360 outsells the PS3 software by 581K units.

Ummmmm, I am gonna say this month is a tie. And don't worry. The PS3 sales will slow now that the newness of the slim wears off.

YA....LOSER!

Dancing Skeletons in top-hats with canes.

Pretty good trip that day my friends, pretty good trip.
The servers aren't down.

Did you read the article?

They patched the trophy glitch and created the non-working multiplayer. This may take a few days for them to fix the issue without creating ANOTHER problem.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
