@ Jesse S

So where could one find an Digital to Analog converter at Best Buy?

Yeah, I thought so.
The only alternative is research the topic for yourself and bypass the people working at Worst Buy. A smart consumer is an informed consumer -- the people working at a brick and mortar shop are there to sell products, not satisfy customers. Just go to the store and try out the gadgets without the salesperson interrupting you.

Or, you could just try out the product they have there and shop online for the best prices.
I have to agree with most of the ppl here.... I asked more than one sales goons at Best Buy how to connect optical audio cable to computer speakers (which is a relatively simple question) and they have no clue on how to do it. They obviously have never heard of a home audio receiver.
It will look bad at 1080p
.... because it's not an iPhone.
Shame about the OS, wish it had Mac OS X
This wouldn't be news if the term "iPhone" is replaced by "Zune".
Like Mac OS X?
It looks like my iPod with two scroll wheels on it.
It's Sony we're talking here: exploding batteries, rootkits, ATRAC, betamax, memory stick, Blu-ray, PS3, et al.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
