Nov 11th 2009 7:46PM LOL. The thing that strikes me a funny (and sad) here is the number of xtians that just do not understand the Establishment Clause and why we have it.
Things go very wrong when the goverment dabbles in faith. The nations founders understood this and hard coded resistance to it into our base laws and that is a good thing. Too bad that resistance is fading. Anyone who's been to basic training in the last few decades has experienced the "go to church or scrub toilets no matter what your belief is" quandry.
This was the right ruling. Want to praise jesus on your car? Get a bumper sticker. Get a license plate bracket. Whatever rows your boat.

Nov 2nd 2009 4:23PM It takes two to tango in the corporate vs. union dance. Ohhhh, it's all the big bad unions fault. Well, someone has to sign for both parties. Decades of bending over for the unions has served up what the little three are eating now.
Collective bargaining only works well when both sides have balls. Perhaps Ford will grow a pair this time around.
And I totally agree with the giant conflict of interest here. How can Ford seriously deal with the UAW when the UAW owns a huge chunk of its competition?
