Jeans, sometimes a t-shirt.
Multiplayer, It'll be fun playing against my brother on the other side of the country.
You might have missed it, but at the bottom of the same section you quoted:
(c) OTHER RIGHTS, ETC., NOT AFFECTED- (1) Nothing in this section shall affect rights, remedies, limitations, or defenses to copyright infringement, including fair use, under this title.
Though your 42 inch Vizio may be bigger in size, these monitors have a much higher resolution, allowing someone to view more documents, not just bigger text.
Each pixel is really made up of three(red, green, blue) smaller "sub-pixels" so multiply by 3 for 6 million. Underhanded, I know, but technically not lying.
It's taking so long because Apple has no need to add it, they have no real competition so they have no drive to innovate any longer. People are going to buy their new version, not for the features, but for the brand. Until that changes, don't expect much from them, the only time they'll add new features is when competion does and I only know of one player coming to the US that is going to have BlueTooth in the next few months.
Seems strange that they would seek FCC approval for a feature they are ommiting from the US version. They'll probably release the BT version in a month or two.
I hope those Best Buy stats aren't entirely accurate, it's missing the previously mentioned ogg support, bluetooth (might have only been special 'b' model) and ums. Without those features, I really don't see anything special about this player.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
