Casio quality 4-5 star??? You must be kidding me. I used Casio products before. My last one, Exlim camera, bought in Best Buy, broke twice. Once they repaired it, now warranty's up and I don't even bother to try paying money for repairing this piece of crap.
Don't apologize - you're right that it's THEIR OWN problem that they don't want to have / use a credit card.
Yeah, I'd rather pay 20x more and buy a Tesla Motors car then this.
Anyone had a problem opening the back cover? I can't open it. Manual says - slide button and open cover. I tried a number of times and doesn't work.
I am pretty sure that would be illegal for Apple to do that to someone else's property. It's like you take out hard drive from your laptop and Sony goes after you for that. I would actually sue Apple for doing it my iPohone -- because once I paid AT&T for it it became mine.
No one's gonna sue you if you do it at home. There's a bunch of info about how to unlock your iPhone. So it's not hard for the company to claim they have unlock tools - they actually are available.
Are you kidding me? You're making such a hype of something that's been done long before the 17 kid did it and now this company. If you can read Russian you can find at least a couple step-by-step manuals and lists of equipment (primarily, sim reader/coder) for unlocking iPhone. And it's been our like the first week after release of iPhone. As always, America is behind.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I commonly need to boot a system from an external disc and take a snapshot of the host system. I also then need to burn a copy of the image to a DVD. While I can do it with two separate external devices, and two power supplies, and two I/O cables, it'd be nice to find a small dual-drive enclosure. It would need to have USB, eSATA, and FireWire. Either slim-line or half-height bay for the optical burner would be fine, and space for either a 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disc. Any ideas?"
