This is just another convenient excuse to keep the public terrified and feeling helpless. Just try and walk on the plane with NO fucking carrying on luggage or checked bags and see what happens. You'll get pulled aside anyway, just like the guy carring a pack full of sharp objects, shampoo, and contact lens solution.

Chemistry geeks have known for years that the best and easist way to mix fluids in a bottle is to simply invert the bottle (slowly!) a few times...no shaking is actually needed. That has been shown to mix the contents even better than shaking.

Based on information from the company website, $6,899 does appear to be the correct price. It's also clear that the company expects the funding for the device to come from Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance, not from your Visa card.

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
