Aug 11th 2006 3:32PM The union that announced it in April now Gentle Telco-Tech for 25 $ Trillions now will be known as Alcatel Lucent being Alcatel the holder of the majority of actions with 60 % and Lucent with 40 % will be sealed at the end of this year.
