This seems very cluttered and it hurts my eyes. If I wanted it loud and obnoxious, I would head over to Gizmodo.
I set up a new iMac with one of these last week and after about 5 minutes with it I think Apple might have the first mouse that you don't have to replace right away in almost 15 years. I still wish it was a little more ergonomic though. Does their design team consist of a bunch of people with tiny hands?
Here is why it is fake - when you upload via the iPhone, it puts a little uploaded with iPhone badge in the more info section. Yes, he could have downloaded it onto his computer and then uploaded it, but why would you do that if you have a 3GS and wanted to show something like this? Total bullshit.
I've had 2 Canon compact digitals, and both of them broke within a year from normal use. Luckily Canon was great about fixing both, and they still work now. When I decided to upgrade to to a DSLR, I steered clear of Canon because of my previous experience and went with a Nikon. So far I have been more than pleased with my decision.
"Can I go to an Apple store and find a Mac without Leopard?"

Way to miss the point. If every single consumer was given the choice to get their machine with either Vista or XP, the sales numbers for Vista would tell a different story.
I had the same thing - go into the MobilMe website and go into your account settings. Change the allocation for mail to something different and then save it. It should make your prefs on your mac update. You can change your mail allocation back afterward.
It seems to me that the common denominator in the crashes I have been experiencing is when an app is using the location service. Not consistently, but enough for me to notice.
Scott Forstall reminds me of the Adam Sandler's nemesis, Eric in Billy Madison. He seems like a weasely guy who is trying to steal the CEO job from some more deserving guy like Jonathan Ive.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
