ohhh good thread here. And I would like to say that, as a teen, what g.Park said (both times) is pretty much exactly right. Its not that we cant go to sleep because medias there, is because ALL OF OUR FRIENDS are also up at that time, and the phone minutes are finally FREE. why would you be asleep at 1 when everyone you know is on AIM, Myspace or their cell phone?

point is, its our endless desire to socialize that screws up sleep. this whole internet thing is kinda crazy
uhh... well i hate to be a snob but ive got the Verizon XV6700. and yeah its a fatty phone but i do get some pretty freekin awesome fast internet... and i still have all this media, txt, IM, built in keyboard (!!), built-in wifi, stuff like that

so yeah i guess iPhone is pretty cool... just dont get it expecting the best technological device. my XV6700 does everything the iPhone does and tons more... but its definitely not stylish. fashion over function, go with the iPhone most def

I agree with Charlie. Doing homework at 4 am isnt very exciting unless your laptop is a time bomb...

So im thinking that maybe Sony (?) can put that in the options under the accessory menu when you buy a laptop. Like a checkbox that says "please make my battery highly explosive". Of course you'd probably have to pay extra, but itd be worth it for all that money you'd save on coffee.

Charred,

Josh
excuse me while i go get a rag to wipe all the drool offadu floor
woohoo glass Cds! because we already dont have enough flippin glass getting broken everywhere... i swear if you have kids, pets, or live in california (earthquakes), mid-us (tornados), eastern-us (hurricanes), europe (floods)or asia (typhoons/tsunamis) this probably isn't for you. But if you live in the artic circle and you think ur "cool" then maybe U can drop the big 831 for "show me your g string" on a stupid piece of glass.
i have 2.... now they're very good friends
Favorite local, although cliche, is definitly Maui, Hawaii... the sunset is simply beautiful.
The Office is absolutely amazing.
"Savin' Me" By Nickelback. That band is on fire.
yeah i agree with electrogeek I never just listen to the radio... if I'm not in the car there's virtually no point to it... unless you're just dying to listen to commercials in HD
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to camera stuff. My wife loves to take pictures, though. So much so that she literally wore out her first point and shoot camera, and the Kodak Z712 I bought for her less than two years ago is starting to act up as well. To compound the matter, we are expecting our first born sometime next year. I fear the Kodak just isn't going to cut it any longer. What would be the best starter DSLR to get? She hates missing photo opportunities due to camera 'lag' so speed would definitely be at the top of the list. Photo quality and features would be next. Price should be no more than $800. I'm not interested in video capabilities."
