Think of the paint they use on automobiles. Now imagine that paint on a PSP. I hardly doubt sweat will ruin it.
Also, Colorware coats it with some sort of clear coat to make is pretty much scratch resistant- again think car paint.
However, the paint might chip if you drop your item hard enough or enough times. My colorware ipod has a few specs missing from dropping it a few times.
This is starting to look a little less "believable." If Sony was to truly release a fact-sheet such as this, why wouldn't it be all over the internet. Why is it I can only find it on this website?
In addition, the fact-sheet title is spelled wrong. It reads "NEXT-GENERATION CONSOLE COMPARSION." Umm..."comparison"? To me, this seems like a fake to further the Sony/PS3 bashing...
Where did this fact sheet come from originally? All I see is a download from engadget.com for the fact sheet. For all I know, this could be a made up.
The other link provided redirects me to the Sony annoucement but it mentions nothing about a factsheet. Can someone send me link to where else this fact sheet is posted, I have yet to find it elsewhere.
Why are people bashing on the free movie...Talladega Nights? It had very good ratings despite it being a comedy. Anyways, it's free. The whole point of the movie is not that everyone will like it, it's to show off the Blu-ray player.
I think you may be wrong. This round, in Japan, the Wii is the console to watch.
1st Wii 2nd Xbox 360 3rd PS3 Posted at 6:23PM on Aug 24th 2006 by back door delivery [ ]
I highly doubt xbox360 is a console to watch in Japan in the long run. PS3 and Wii will be huge in Japan at both their launches, but PS3 seems to have the edge in terms of longevity due to it's specs. If I had the money, I'd buy both and go for the PSWii combo instead of the infamous Wii360 duo.
No matter what anyone says about Sony...we all know that the PS3 will sell like crazy in Japan/Asia. If you didn't know that, then go play your xbox/xbox360.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
