What's up with the recording the guy made? The file he played didn't match what he was saying when he recorded it.
Yea, thats great HOLT, use a cell phone to cut down cell phone use in the theatre...I'm sure they would get a lot of "prank" messages, from the very people they are trying to get rid of
Doesn't anyone learn anything from old 80's "B-rated" horror movies...

Check out "CHOPPING MALL"...
Didn't they just lower the BB plan to $29.99?
"This device in civilian hands is illegal and selfish."
"I myself am a firefighter that has used this device in the past and present. I will continue to use it on the job and off the job for myself." - Tonezilla

It's illegal AND selfish for you to use it also...UNLESS you are ON the JOB, dont get your JOB perks confused with legal actions. Sure you can use it and if you get caught you may not get in much trouble, but YES it IS illegal for you to use for your own PERSONAL use.
Microsoft had the perfect setup for this, they still can pull it off; but it would have been perfect for the xbox360 release...a psp/ipod killer would be a multi-media device that plugs right into the 360 and you dl videos, music (whatever an ipod can dl from itunes for $$$$$$$) but you would use xbox lives MARKET PLACE. MS already as the setup for it AND that would push 360 sales + 360 mini sales (of course you can still plug it into your pc and dl ish).

That is what all the other IPOD "killers" lack, they are great devices but nothing compares to the itunes/ipod setup and thats why they dont "kill" anything.
Never understood this...I know its free advertising, but c'mon its like sticking cash in an envelope and writing that on it, then mailing it. GAMEZNFLIX is even worse, I actually wrote them an email...they label what is IN the envelope, so now the theif has it even easier to pick and choose and they do games too!
Thank you, Thank you. I would just like to thank all the little people that made this possible, the very first csr that "tried" to "fix" my problem, the next csr that "tried" to "fix" my problem and hey I can't forget Verizon and Cingular. They pretty much made this possible. Can't forget Engadget, they really like me and no Kirk Yuhnke I will not be doing any interviews.

BTW, I think engadget found a new reporter for any videos they need to do...woooo
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
