Maybe this one will work better than the ones my friends and I own that have all been sent in fore repair.
The third time mine was about to go in for service I found out about the "We make cra$$y products that don't last as long as all the old video games in your attic and are going to charge you 100.00 to fix our cra$$y product award" That Microsoft should win.
Needless to say my friends and I are getting PS3's (Something I never thought I would do)
MS ATUALLY PIONEERED ONLINE CONSOLE GAMING SONY IS JUST COPYING THEM NOW. I am no MS fan but every now and again they do something right and I gotta give it to them for that.
Side by side comps have shown the 360 to be better not only in inovations (which MS surprised me with) but overall cost. It comes down to what do you want to do with it, games, media center, etc. The 360 wins everytime. Sony will eventually get close behind, only after Sony copies the 360's Xbox live, Which they have already started to do.
So unless your drinking the Sony kool aide, ya got no argument, bub bye
I had mine for 6 months and it died that's 100% failure rate to me. it's a good console but when you're a big company it's hard to address these things till they finally reach the top. Perfect example IS 360 HDD space? Doesn't matter anyway they don't read these comments.. the only way to good service anymore is to sell the company TO Norstrom.
Bout Time someone hacked,MS was paying attention to the Original XBOX mods when they built the 360. Maybe they will listen again in regards to the HDD space that they don't think we need for downloading tv shows that they make money off of! yes I will be upgrading my HDD on my 360!
I'm not sure how Dell was able to get in the middle, we tried to order a pc from them but the service we experienced was alot like the Taco Bell drive thru. We could not understand them then they hung up on us right at closing time, we found out it was closing time when we called back 2 min later to find out they were closed. I could go on but you get the point. If I worked there I would try to order a pc and see what happened.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
