That functionality is called Inkwell (http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/inkwell/) and has been in OS X since Jaguar (or possibly Panther). It's supposedly a port of the handwriting software from Newton OS 2 called Rosetta, but I've found that it doesn't work nearly as well (as this video clearly demonstrates).
I'd love #17 (but I'll settle for #6). I realize that you can disqualify me for asking for more than one thing, but they're basically the same thing anyway!
A close ladyfriend of mine is going to be studying in France (I'm in the US) for 4 months and Skype would be a kickass way for her to keep in contact with her mom (and me, I suppose). Some of that free airtime and some of the airtime I haven't used would make that possible.

"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
