I was actually just thinking about a similar subject myself.

Ford, Dodge, Toyota heck none of the major automotive manufacturers have provisions in their vehicle for blind people either. Can you believe that? I can't fathom how they get that stuff out the door without testing the usability of said products with blind people first.

Lame!

If it's such a big deal, just wait and sign up with the class action lawsuit you know is coming.

While you're at it, file a suit for the hearing impaired who purchased ring tones.
Exif Untrasher!

Works awesome for me, even recovered photots up to two months old on the camera AFTER it had been "formatted" and reused several times.

Price: Free!

I just saw this on del.icio.us after I read this:

"How to add search to Google Reader."

In no way am I trying to send you back to the crab-grass side of things; I just figured maybe this will work adequetly enough for others.

Dog the Bounty Hunter is so pumped about this right now...
"Removing applications - and all their baggage"

My $.02 is this:

I don't care so much about uninstalling programs as I do keeping them from being ACCIDENTALLY deleted.

My parents are not tech saavy people, but twice now my dad has deleted iPhoto when he wasn't paying attention. I wish 10.whatever offered a warning beforehand.

Let's say you drag an application to the trash OR try to empty the trash with an app in it. A dialog appears stating something like this: "Warning, you are trying to delete an application. If you choose to do this, files associated with that application will cease to function. Are you sure you want to remove it?"

That's my take on it. I'm sure it could be a simple background daemon made by a third party developer, but the My Dream App team liked the plant thing better than this ;)
Vienna.

The only way I found it was when I went to download a new version at MAcupdate, and saw someones comment that stated something about Vienna being just as good and free. It is.
Do comapnies even care that the names they pick are already in use?

"Disco is professional dj mixing software for live mixing music with your mac."

Seems they may be a little bit more in line with the name.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
