How to fix the economy? Tax windows lock ups.
Tax anybody still using dialup.
Yep, Bono was in Austin this week. Stayed at the 4 seasons and spend a day at the Dell HQ in Round Rock. Not really a secret.
Of course, ... most people have another idea of what Mexico City looks like. Maybe thanks to movies or crappy Border towns, on both sides of the border. Like every huge city, there are good parts of town and bad parts. This metropoli competes with the way of living of NY, Chicago and LA. There is absolutely nothing you can't find in Mexico City. Yes, crime is bad, but on par with cities of this size. Thanks to Hollywood, people have the totally wrong idea about this city. Just like people outside of Texas think there are only cowboys riding horses in the state.

By the way, Engadget, you got it wrong, Mexico City has 24 million people, not 8.7.

Jose: I am glad to hear this! I stopped reading it early on because of the outlined reasons. I will make sure to read it now! Thanks for the reply.

Too bad you did not chose people that are fluent AND educated in Spanish. The translations are horrible. You need reporters from a Spanish speaking country with a local degree to do your reports. Thanks.

Well, here in America we only like games we are the best at. We like to call the baseball finals "World Series" but if we let Japan or Cuba play that would not be wise. NBA "World Champions" ... we don't want some Italian, Argentinian or Eastern Europe team play, ... that would defeat the purpose ... Football ... NFL World Champions ... yeah ... the whole world plays it ... whatever ...
Just wait til the USA wins a World Cup ... THEN we will be into it ... but then again, ... geeks aren't into sports ..
Nah ... I will wait for the 28.75inch LCD ...
Exactly #7 ... if you care for HDMI you have to have a receiver in order to take full advantage of what HDMI is all about. So, for all I care, one HDMI input is good enough.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
