Actually that would be a "two-dimensional triangle mystically [converting] into a" three-dimensional triangle. Pyramids have 4 faces.

It'll be interesting to see how this plastics tech can be applied in the future - perhaps something in firefighting..
Pretty interesting - I wonder how much electricity the typical apartment/home sized arrary can generate...
Rob Cockerham http://www.cockeyed.com was apart of this. He's been slowly putting up a 'blow by blow' account of doing the prank.

I'm interested in Viva Pinata as it's a very different direction than Microsoft has taken in the past
I like taking pictures of my cats when they've decided take up funny pose.
I'd like number 18, the HP iPAQ h1940. I've always wanted a PDA but have not been able to afford one yet. So far I've made do with plain ol' ordinary notepads and pens the pads seem to wear out/empty at the worst moments and then there's always the risk of a leaky pen...

This PDA would make for a wonderful upgrade in helping me keep track of appointments, to-do lists, and anything else I need to write down so I don't forget it later. Not to mention supporting my favorite authors by purchasing their e-books to read during carpool rides.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
