From http://www.emusic.com/about/index.html

"eMusic is the world’s largest retailer of independent music and the world’s second-largest digital music retailer overall, offering more than 2 million tracks from more than 13,000 independent labels spanning every genre of music."
I call BS on the 'world's largest' claim. Based on a few quick searches, PayPlay doesn't hold a candle to eMusic, which has a very good selection of indie music (most everything that's not from a major label). Not to mention it's all unprotected MP3s, and they go for an even more reasonable price.
One (sadly) and I've never used it :-(

Hmm... the cable in the picture appears to be a firewire cable, but the website says it uses USB 2.0. Quite an interesting idea, though. I hope we see more publications doing something like this in the future.
11. A4Tech's BatteryFree Wireless Optical Mouse

Gotta have this mouse. In the "That is so fucking cool I absolutely have to buy that but wait it costs money and I haven't ever heard of the company that made it and have never heard of this technology before" way. I spent a good amount of time researching this thing when I first heard about it, and then finally decided not to buy it 'cause I didn't really have money to burn. I thought I was happy with my Logitech Keyboard/mouse, but I guess I was wrong, yet I still won't shell out for this thing. Please help me out.

No wires? No Batteries? I'm sold! (As long as "sold" means free)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
