I saw the picture from afar and assumed that someone got way overprotective of their holographic pokemon cards.
No driveSHAFT?
But then who will make our wednesday nights better with spirited renditions of oasis tunes?
Oh wait, they killed him off. Freakin' Lost writers.
quite a shame. if this had happened when it was first in the rumor mill, I would have taken advantage of it. in the meantime, I discovered music. I've bought beatles for sale, sgt. pepper, abbey road, the white album, revolver, a hard day's night, with the beatles, rubber soul, magical mystery tour, let it be... naked, help!, and love. what's the point anymore?
Michael Sylvester: "If anything this money goes to people who deserve it rather than those few individuals over at Apple."

If you must DMP, buy the product that is best, whichever player that might be for you. Because either way you're pumping money into a corporate machine. The only exception to this would be (product)red or something like that, but even then, support good design, stop kidding yourself into thinking this purchase decision will fix the world's inequality. All the people making any substantial amount of money off of your choice are disproportionally wealthy, I assure you.
Funny, it also looks macbook-inspired in the design. not that that's a bad thing.
@brad

To be fair, I went to a CC as a dual credit back when I was a homeschooler. The actual schooling wasn't bad and was better than I would have gotten at a local high school's AP program. The problem with community college that I observed was that it was isolating and could be sociologically and developmentally destructive if you didn't know how to live life and be responsible. Which happens a lot at community college.
I have a seminar discussion class! Snap it all! I figure if I mutter something about Piaget's theories of cognitive development or Cromwell's effects on the cultural progression of england whenever I click refresh, hopefully nobody will notice.
Microsoft: Stop trying to change our perceptions of windows and start trying to make windows the best OS I can possibly buy. Then we'll talk. Until then, I'll be with my friends OS X and Linux
I can do it! I can do it nine times!
Can I just say here, Chris, for one moment that I have a new theory about the brontosaurus? My theory, that is. Well, Chris, you may well ask me what is my theory; what is it that it is - this theory of mine. Well, this is what it is - my theory that I have, that is to say, which is mine, is mine. Oh, what is my theory? This is it. My theory that belongs to me is as follows.

The next thing I'm going to say is my theory. Ready?

My theory by A. Elk. [Miss].
This theory goes as follows and begins now.
All brontosauruses are thin at one end, much thicker in the middle and then thin again at the far end. That is my theory, it is mine, and belongs to me and I own it, and what it is too.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
