Well, there's no wondering about you.
I must be some kind of super genius because I can comprehend the Gates/Seinfeld ads. I feel sorry for those too dim to do so.
I must be abnormally intelligent because I somehow manage this kind of packaging fine.
The point about Flickr is that Windows Live Photo Gallery lets you do something like that from within the program and it's not all microsoft-ecosystem-centric. Flickr is the most popular photo site out there, and they want all it's users using Photo Gallery. Also, it's not like MS doesn't think Yahoo (Flickr's owner) is no good. They wanted to buy them, after all.
Why didn't they at least update the bezel to match the new macbooks? If they did that and the more extensive work to change the touchpad too, they would all look alike...which always seemed the biggest thing Macs had going for them, all their products and all their users looking/thinking alike as one group entity.
It's interesting to note that the same site wrote about using Vista on the same laptop: http://blog.laptopmag.com/eee-pc-1000h-runs-vista-home-premium-with-few-hiccups

Yet you imply that this is some special Windows 7 ability. Maybe the amount of RAM it uses. But there's way too much hyperbole and stridency when talking about these things. It would be great if a tech blog actually had a handle on the facts rather than repeating and reinforcing what are often mistaken impressions.
Where the heck is the PDC liveblogging?
Man, that cat's head makes me think of a baseball. I'd just like to cup my hand around its head. Not hurt it or anything, just to hold it softly....like a baseball. That would be so satisfying.
I'd like to see extensive coverage and liveblogging of these events too.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a 12- or 13-inch ultraportable that can also play modern games at a reasonable level, for less than $1,000. I know the brainiacs out there can help me out. Love the site, thanks!"
