The Car Allowance Rebate System (CARS), colloquially known as "cash for clunkers," is a U.S. federal scrappage program intended to help U.S. citizens purchase a new, more fuel efficient vehicle when trading in a less fuel efficient vehicle. Although the program officially started on July 1, 2009, the processing of claims did not begin until July 24.{{http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3578/3775274929_ece2994a21.jpg}}
In biology, evolution is the change in the genetic material of a population of organisms from one generation to the next. Though the changes produced in any one generation are small, differences accumulate with each generation and can, over time, cause substantial changes in subsequent organisms in the population and thus changes in the overall population.{{http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2444/3754614038_d04e486840.jpg}}

The ability to store and execute lists of instructions called programs makes computers extremely versatile, distinguishing them from calculators. The Church–Turing thesis is a mathematical statement of this versatility: any computer with a certain minimum capability is, in principle, capable of performing the same tasks that any other computer can perform. Therefore computers ranging from a mobile phone to a supercomputer are all able to perform the same computational tasks, given enough time and storage capacity.{{http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3554/3696702451_dd95a007da.jpg}}

"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
