engadget got one thing wrong. PQI is not a manufacturer of flash memory. PQI gets supplied from either Toshiba or samsung electronics. They assemble the flash memories and make CF cards/flash memory hard drives
LG has been in the labtop industry for long time. It's just that they didn't export to the US. Certainly LG's concept came even before Sony came up with their FS lineups. It's simply ignorant to say that LG has copied Sony, even considering that most of Sony's labtop's so called X-Bright LCDs are manufactured from LG-phillips and Samsung SDI.
Docomo is nolonger partnered with Cingular after so many losses in 2004. The newest samsung phone has 8megapixel camera and obviously it is glassic lens. People must be kidding that samsung camera phones are simply bad. The 8 megapixel camera phone is equiped with Schneider Kreuznach lens. We shall hope to see this through Helio as it will be released in korea this month under SK telecom (coowner of Helio)
If the phone has the same spec (although expected to be degraded), it will certainly have silver nano coating. This is just shocking that we can finally touch this gadget. Will you buy a psp?
I think it is faster if samsung group purchase Apple. Samsung group is capable of purchasing companies like Apple. Just the way samsung dominates Renault's stock market and indirectly Nissan.
you guyz must be joking. This gaming console is intended for current PC online games such as lineage 2, Kart raider, Ragnarok online and so on... But we don't need to worry about this monster digital player because it will take months for us to receive Wibro technology (a non-IP based mobile Wimax which accelerates as fast as 8Mbps). I don't think that the iriver will compete with PSP. This thing is intended purely for people who play World of warcraft or other online games. I think this will indeed make a great hit as soon as countries open their network to Wi-Bro, yet PSP will sale as good. I mean, PSP and the iriver are completely different gadget targeted for completely different customers. I don't mean to say that either one is better. I feel that they also met the world's best partner for mobile internet. KT owns nearly 75% of world's netspot for Wi-Fi which can be used as Wi-Bro network. What else can i say more? Let us first see the actual model in the CES2006.

this is the T-DMB Digtal TV digital camera phone. The antenna can be pushed inside and still watch T-DMB TV vividly. The only reason they let the antenna be able to move outside is because of the receiving rate inside subway at motion. I was surprised how light it was.
i believe that #11 has innerzoom lens just like their #1 model. There is also a slim camera which is equiped with T-DMB. I saw it yesterday in COEX samsung center (The T-DMB camera is not released by samsung techwin. It is released by samsung electronics). It looks simply awesome.
To # 9. I will give you credit for your bombastic comment. But let me just ask you some questions. I hope that you can answer to these questions properly. How can a poor country like Korea can have such an international groups like samsung which is capable of making more net profit than the combined net profit of the top 10 japanese electronics groups? I also want to know why do japanese companies love to use LCD/PDP's from samsung and LG phillips and why can't sony make PSP/PS1,2 and the upcoming PS3 without samsung. Please answer me:)
