Hmm, at the moment, I use Ubuntu, but I gave my poll to "Screw Vista, I'm sticking with XP" since I've used so many other distro's and BSDs. I like that Ubuntu is great for lazy "advanced Linux users", because I know my way around the shell and text editor, but I fucking hate dependencies. Ubuntu's apt repo usually fulfills my dependencies for compiling shit... But, I'm more of a Slackware and OpenBSD guy, even though I'm currently not using either of. Oh well, But there's nothing wrong with Debian, nor Ubuntu :).
... what a terrible OS, I'll stick with my beloved open source *nix varieties, with no lock ins, more useless features, more bugs, more virus compatibility, security flaws, etc. thank you.
Why are all these companies making really small players with small place??? I'm sick of Apple and Creative pwning the MP3 HDD market. I wanna see thousands of 80gb+ music players to chose from one day. You'd expect them to improve on that by now, wouldn't you? stupid capitalist piggies!!!

"I'm in the market for a new laptop, and I want a 13-incher. I need something with a great keyboard for typing, as this will mostly be used for note taking in class. I am absolutely smitten with the XPS 13, but I'm afraid that with its age Dell is going to give it an update soon. Any advice for someone in my shoes?"
