I can't see what grounds the government can sue car companies on. It is the governments responsibility to implement policies that stop people from driving cars that don't meet the standards they should have set in the first place.
Inserting messages into programming isn't new: Television's early days featured stars talking up sponsors during programs such as Texaco Star Theater. Products turned up as props, some paid, others not, within shows. And feature films are as rife with product placements as NASCAR.

Wow.. Were'd you get that arm for the display and do the make one that will support the 30 inch.
It will initially offer content for download to the phone, with new commercial aspects being developed later as additional features are incorporated in the M-BUZZ space.

"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
