How dare Moore's Law take all my money! It's an outrage!!
Either Josh is a big guy with banana fingers, or that mouse is too small.
What if you only use the iPhone app of Things? It is still vulnerable to accidentally auto-syncing and losing all of your precious Things data. And if I used the Mac application, why should I need to hack the database into DropBox in order to add a "cloud" feature that should be standard?

Until Things provides a central database or similar for synchronization for both iPhone and Mac applications, I ain't touching it... My GTD list is too precious to lose! No thanks, I'll stil with ToodleDo. I love the way that also emails me every morning with an update of what I should be doing. :-)
My only real gripe is that my battery on the MacBook used to last all evening (about 4.5 hours)... Now it lasts a little over 3. Doesn't seem to run any hotter though (or not that I can notice). So I have to keep running upstairs to get my power supply.

Apart from that, seems a bit smoother and just a little nicer. Nothing ground-breaking.
You're right, it's a pretty cheap trick. Firstly the frame on the right looks matte and not gloss, and the one on the left is the other way round. That way you see an optical illusion.

Not only that, but because the matte diffuses the reflection, it's probably not that less reflective than the glossy one, but the diffusing gives it the slightly off-black effect.

Don't really see the fuss with it to be honest.
What happens if you own both? Do they put you in the Mac category or the PC category? After all, gadget freaks might quite easily buy lots of computers of different varieties. Draw a Venn diagram.
That is a very good point. I will register my comments with them now!
I know it's not an HD issue, but maybe this should act as a warning to those TC owners who double them up as NAS devices... Think about what you could lose!
Especially considering what a buggy mess iTunes 9 turned out to be... Ugh.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
