This doesn't mean that you can buy the iPhone sans plan now, though, right? I mean by any sick means ;)
I bought an LG renoir recently and would be very pissed of if this had a better touchscreen, a better menu and in general better software. Man why does technology grow old so quick? =D
I dunno... no sound, no transmission, ho-hum design, no screwing around with the engine... not a product for me.
Although a straight torque curve, no emissions, cheap and easy charging and low noise pollution do have their ups, I guess.

Cheers
Derek
Well I got a MacBook this summer for getting a really great report card (you only get 2 every school year in GERMANY)but had to agree on giving up on Christmas presents. Still I got 1GB of RAM and some books. Gonna buy myself a 2,5" 160GB HDD though.
Wish I had gotten a console... I have a GameCube and I really hate it it's a real pain in the ass.

Anyhow, merry Christmas and a happy new year everyone!
Duuuudes... that's laaame... they sell a 35-in-1 card reader here in Germany for 10€ at Mediamarkt. I was gonna buy one but they were in one pile with the 19-in-1s and were the same price so I didn't notice 'till like 20 days after I'd bought it =(.
Dude... so... how bad DOES it suck that these things run so warm?? I'm on the verge of switching from PC to Mac and now this. Along with the discoloration thing. Great. What's "mooing" by the way? I heard thats another issue with the MacBooks... :-[
Yeah U2's a cool band and all, but they already had their shot at iPods. They blew it if you ask me. Nobody I know doesn't like the black and red thing, but when they find out it's U2, they're like... uuuuh...

Forget U2 dude, make that iPod a Red Hot Chili Peppers iPod and name it the RHCP iPod. -THAT- would be tubular =)
Dudes, I gotta hand it to you, cuz you turned some dimlit nano into a standup comedy feature... really funny, keep going!

I wuoulda put my matters to it if most (most, not all!) of the people here aren't even serious, but just bashing cuz of their principles...
I wonder if they're actually trying to NOT sell this thing... hmm

And here I would like to quote a wise man named Bubba Sparks: UGLEEEEEE!
Let's see here...
1. Sock for my nano (nano looks like it's been to war)
2. Fix-Up at dell for my laptop (a.k.a walking virus)
3. JBL On Tour (RULES by the way! Hella cool!)
4. The new "Teamgeist" Worldcup ball, and not just a replica!!
5. My b-days coming up^^
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"For a long time I have been searching for a portable device where I can store all of my CDs in MP3 format and stream the songs wirelessly to my HiFi system. The portable device must I've tried FM transmitters, they all suck. I don't want a docking station. Any help? Thanks!" have a display so that I easily can scroll through the playlists (I don't want to use a TV or monitor). I suppose that there must also be a second device that is connected to the HiFi system that would receive the wireless streams from the portable device.
