Jul 25th 2008 1:57PM Because the 911 operator will think the address you call from is the one that the owner of the phone number registered on the Vonage website. If they move the box to another house and forget to update their Vonage info, the police/fire/ambulance would go to their old address.

There's a really low likelihood of this happening.
