@MJ I do if I'm travelling across Europe and have to pay roaming charges ($5-10 per mb). So will you if you get lost somewhere and you don't have a mobile data signal.

Granted, the roaming issue is moot in the the current States-only version of the app (for US customers), but the mobile data signal part is still valid.
I wondered about this myself. How someone could claim to be both infamous and have people say "Who's that?" at the same time.

Context please!
Here's how I'd like this to work (based on PvE):

1. Nameplates keep their order and don't randomly reshuffle every time you you shift view, or they scratch their elbow.
2. Mobs marked with raid target icons have bigger/sticky/prioritised nameplates so they're easier to see & track.
3. Very large mobs no longer get their nameplates x pixels above their head (which is very often off-screen for a tank/melee DPS) but instead this nameplate always stays on screen (same with raid target icon)
Cider does not count, go native or go home.
This is EXACTLY what I want to know!

I have geo-tagging enabled on my camera app and had roaming data disabled while on a snowboarding trip at the beginning of the year. So I launch the app, leave it running for a while (5-10 mins) with perfect clear skies all around. I take a few photos of people coming down the mountain and find the photos have no location information at all :(

No location info on a picture isn't too bad, but the idea of needing data to use a GPS map of the whole of Europe doesn't appeal to me.
How anyone can read the company name without spoonerising is beyond me
Correct :'(

I have the Xbox360 HD-DVD addon, and it's the same situation. Plugs in, detects, shows me the disk etc, but there's no software available for movie playback.
My netbook is currently my tertiary machine for when I'm not at home/work and don't want the extra weight of my laptop. I really don't think I could use it as my primary machine at all.

Although I am going to take it on holiday in January, see how it performs as a photo viewer for my digicam & music player. I figure a whole week with it might make me fall in love, but I can't help feeling that I'll be craving more raw power by the time I get back.
Take a look at the Linksys NSLU2, it's quite good for exactly that (even better if you put custom firmware and linux distro on it).
It also comes in a handy suppository form.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
