I don't know what manufacturing costs includes, but I would assume it includes some of what you are asking about. Probably not all the logistical stuff like shipping tho... or marketing materials. But I am sure thats a reasonably small fraction of the $175mil they made opening weekend.
I mean, how much could it cost to get these websites to hype up your product? I keed, I keed... (sort of) :)

I am not a lawyer, but I work with a lot of them. And none of them have an iPhone. I don't know if that will change now with Exchange and 3G... but I highly doubt it since BB and Samsung are so dominant in the business world.
