Thanks, Galen! I just ordered my "Full" version of 7 Professional for $29 from the number you provided. Also, they offered a downloadable version or the actual product shipped to your door for $4.99.
Many Lenovo Thinkpad models have an optional "Lenovo ThinkPad Serial ATA Hard Drive Bay Adapter". This allows the user to hotswap the optical drive for a SATA HDD and vice versa. The adapter is only ~$50. It is empty so you can insert any 2.5" SATA HDD you wish.
This is just dumb. The people who aren't ready can do without TV. TV IS NOT A NECESSITY!!! People have done without TV in the past and lived to tell about it. I understand that $40 seems like a lot of money to some people but if you need some form of media to be entertained or alerted of disasters then turn on the radio until you can get a coupon.

Obama obviously cares nothing about the debt this country is in. He is fueling a fire that was already out of control. Are children and grandchildren are going to pay dearly for this mess.
"you don't have to use an ugly FM-transmitter, and you also don't need to have a passenger to hold the transmitter."

I'd have that passenger hold onto something else!
Can you play Doom on it?
I'm glad there are so many people willing to pick this post apart. Seriously people, get a life. It's not like this is a journal article.

Anyway, good for "Hiro".
Sony FZ (santa rosa) laptops are available now.
You probably won't get faster boot and launch times with this laptop. It doesn't take advantage of Santa Rosa's NAND "Turbo Memory". I think the Lenovo T61 is the only laptop that does right now.
DirecTV series 2
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
