Wal Mart has a Wii with New Super Mario Brothers Wii for $249 - isn't that exactly what it would cost to walk in and buy it today?
I have an aquarium screensaver of some sort which was compatible with OS 9. I don't know exactly what it is.

It's actually not compatible with Leopard, but I didn't know that when I installed it.
If you watch the credits of Bee Movie, it was made on HP computers with AMD processors.
It's not really all that constant for portables...

Game Boy to Game Boy Pocket was 7 years - if you don't count Game Boy Pocket as a new model, it was 9 years between Game Boy and Game Boy Color.

It was then 3 years from Game Boy Color to Game Boy Advance.

Game Boy Advance to Game Boy Advance SP, if that counts, was two years. Game Boy Advance SP to Game Boy micro was two years.

Game Boy Advance to Nintendo DS was three years.
Just because sales increased doesn't mean the commercials work. You'd have to determine if people bought the computers because of the commercials.
In my experience (unless this has changed with Snow Leopard), you can't navigate DVD menus easily, because the volume meter pops up when you press up or down.
That's the beauty of dual-channel routers - you can have your Wireless N channel, and your Wireless B/G channel for slower things, without them interfering with each other.
I'd very much like a similar phone in the US - I often find myself with a low battery and nothing nearby but a window. I'm sure it wouldn't be my sole method of charging, but there are times when it would be helpful.

It has to be built in to the phone, because buying a solar charger requires me to plan my battery being low... if I were going to plan that, I would just charge it.
I think we're at a point where nearly everyone would rather have a better battery than getting the phone a little bit thinner.
Considering Gibson's current (or is it over) lawsuit against everyone involved with Guitar Hero and Rock Band, I doubt we'll see any Gibson- or Epiphone-branded guitars anytime (again) soon.

As much as I'd like the Casino, I doubt it will ever happen... though it would cover Paul, George, and John... interchangable headstock and a Bigsby option, if they wanted to get real creative...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
