If that was a pun, then you win
I wonder what you can do with this that you can't do with a DS and a r4 cart? Plus you can play Doom on the DS :)
My xbox arcade came with a 256 memory card. However, almost all of it seems to be taken up by 'system files'. Even with no saved games, It reports only 64 megs free space! The card shows up as 256 megs however. Has anyone seen this? It seems quite ridiculous.
OK idea, but at half the capicity of alkaline, I think I will pass.
The sample videos look pretty sweet. I think the reviewers kind of missed the point of this camera.
That being said, it's kind of a niche product.
I actually prefer the mjpeg compression and the 13 minutes recoeding time is not a big deal. However, they are not offering a waterproof case for this model and that is a dealbreaker for me.
Also, I would give up half that zoom for 28mm on the wide end.
It's interesting how expensive these things are....meaning you can get a 1080p TV for so much cheaper. The TV has a lot more going on as well as far as hardware and features. I suppose it has to with fitting the projector in such a small form factor.
Sure the TIVO interface is great, and we were thinking about upgrading when we bought our HDTV. But our cable company gave us a HD DVR for $6/mo with nothing to buy. The Tivo interface aint THAT great.
"I think the reverse is more interesting: install Windows Vista to a [bootable] USB disk drive. It's been done before on XP (but requires hacking the install CD contents to allow USB boot)."

Umm, that's what winPE is for dude
I guess I'm in the minority, but usually skip cut scenes if possible. I hate it when you are forced to sit through a 5 minute snooze fest. At least give those of us who aren't interested a chance to opt out.

I always picture the developers sitting around discussing whether to let the player skip the scene. "We worked really hard on this animation and they're going to watch it Dammit!" I find unskipable scenes insulting and self indulgent. Pompous bastards.

Remember that time when that dude punched out Danzig? That was awesome.

Also, it's been a while, but I don't remember Wolverine being bald in the Xmen comics.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
