I feel nothing for people who have been raped from an online game or sexually harassed in an online games. All modern games and consoles have sufficient parental controls and the ability to block users. It is ENTIRELY their fault. Also, considering how often this happens on instant messaging and how often it is on the news, how do people keep making the same mistake?

"My father-in-law is heading back to school in the spring and wants a laptop for Christmas. The only catch is their budget is around $400 and he does not want a netbook.
