Yes we played a tough game against Ms. State but after last season I actually was foolish enough to this they could be the team to beat in the West.
Alabama is the top team in the country and they proved it last night, but I still believe the defending champions should still be ranked #1 until they are actually beaten.
I had a hard time rooting for 'Bama (mostly because of Saban) but I didn't see you giving them any credit for beating such a "good" Arkansas team last week.

Come November it will either be Obama won because he is black or Obama lost because he is black.
It is on both sides but I have witnessed it more from ghetto blacks more than anyone else

"Mike Vick is in jail cause he is black" No he is in jail because of perjury, it's unfortunate that he happens to be black.
I know white and black cops who are scared to arrest or pull over someone black out of fear of being called a racists, it's not the majority of blacks but the bad apples spoil the whole bunch.
Now I wait to be called a racists for saying what is undeniably true.

The first 3 weeks of September 2005 I spent removing dead bodies from things that could barely be called homes while mine was still under 20 feet of water in New Orleans while I had no clue if my own family, my own daughter were safe.
More recently I have been to Burma after the cyclone hit there to only be turned away and have been to the central states to help with flood relief there.
Do not preach to me about doing something for others, I have seen and done more in the past 10 years of my life than you can't think of in your head to claim to have done.

To Lstimmo: The guy has shown no remorse for what he did, his remorse is the fact he got caught and is now in jail. He had the chance to come clean and instead committed perjury. Yes he donated money to an animal shelter "look at me I am doing good now so let me out."
If someone is willing to do that to an animal what is their limit? What about a defenseless child?
Michael Vick is of a lower class than the dogs he fought and killed, just lucky for him he doesn't get the same treatment as his dogs when he can't live up to superior human's standards.

Jul 8th 2008 4:50PM I wish I had the class as a "man" who killed dogs so he could bet on them.
I would not put OJ in there as our "justice" system did find him not guilty, and while PED's are bad it in no way could be compared to what Vick did.
To defend the man shows the amount of class you have yourself, to say there is nothing wrong with beating or torturing an animal that cannot defend itsself.
How would you feel if some more powerful being forced you to fight and then soaked you in water and electrocuted you because you didn't perform to his expectations?
Please preach to me more about class and how Vick or yourself has more class.
