... does it have a headphone jack?
Every other Canon that can accept EF-S can also accept EF, so I see no reason why this camera can't accept EF as well.
You can order the remote but set it for in-store pickup and never pick it up. You'll be refunded automatically after 14 days.
Damnit! I just bought their older 22-inch fpd2275w. :(
No optical drive. (I have a USB optical drive that is bootable -- but, my experience with the P1510 was that not all USB devices are bootable.)

Tablet PC is a $50 premium over XP Pro which is the default. Fujitsu is offering a free upgrade to Vista Business from both OS's however, so, if you can wait, you can save $50 and use the tablet features in Vista instead.
500 Mhz is absolutely perfect for wireless web browsing from bed, or, taking notes in a meeting. If I need to do any thing CPU intensive, I can always just do it over remote desktop to my workstation over wireless. But, please don't expect the thing to be able to decode xvid/divx or play other movies without skipping. It's nothing more than a toy. Please don't think of it as anything else.
A baseline P1610 is $1599 or so [1]. (Bumping it up to a gig of ram, which I will probably do, will push it up to $2200 though. :( Assuming you're the Shogmaster from NeoGAF I'll post impressions there when it gets delivered.)

Oh, and, even though I'm not impressed with the specs, (yes, the Geode is ridiculously slow), it's cheap enough that I can just buy the thing as a disposable toy. :)
I just need to find a place to import it from, and I'd buy it like that.
Please Please don't buy a P1510. Buy a P1610 instead :)
Should come out in a few days.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What's the best gaming laptop for under 1,500 bucks? I had my eye on the P7805u (Gateway), but it seems Best Buy has run out for the time being. Also, as a secondary question, I like the specs on brands such as iBUYPOWER and CyberPower and the like, but are they reliable? I'm a little worried about buying labels that aren't huge like Dell, Gateway, etc. Thanks!"
