The main logo is fine but the strapline "Leap Ahead" is positioned all wrong - makes it all off balance.

The jingle, by the way, is optional. Okay - it's annoying, but the reason computer makers put it on the adverts is because they get money from Intel towards the advertising if they do. It's probably one of the most recognised jingles out there so it does it's job, whether you dig it or not.
Motorola are a one trick pony. The RAZR was, aesthetically, quite good (same old sucky Motorola UI though) but other than that the design of their phones are lame - they're so dated it's untrue.

Good design sells - they found that in the RAZR, even if the rest of the phone sucked. The ROKR was pretty horrendous, coming from the back end of the 90's.

Motorola - some advice: Sack your designers. Get designers that encourage people to literally cum in their pants when they see them - not the crap you've ben dishing out of late.

Apple - some advice: Dump Motorola until they produce something worthwhile to tag your name with.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm heading to university next year, and I've purchased a MacBook. I'm also taking my four year old desktop, just in case I'm left with no computers when the MacBook is being repaired or whatnot. With only two USB ports on a MacBook, I want a Bluetooth mouse. Budget is about $100, and of course, it needs OS X support. Thanks for the help!"
