That's not what I would call a hybrid. It's just two players attached to one computer. To be a true hybrid, it should have a single drive bay, be able to recognize the format of the disk that's inserted, and use the appropriate electronics.
What's with this downloading overnight business? If I decide I want to rent a movie, I want it NOW, not tomorrow. Figure out a way to give me instant streaming video on demand and I'll be interested (yea, I know, bandwidth issues, etc.). Otherwise, my local video rental store will continue to get my business.
Two words: data encryption
Bad decision. This is a company that's in the imaging business, so what do they do? They dump their old logo, which was a stylized image of a camera, and replaced it with a logo that doesn't have any image at all, just a word.
There actually is a free Windows compatible OS under development, but it's a long ways from being ready for everyday use. It's called ReactOS, and the website is:

"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
