How is this different then Universities and other schools that gave away iPods?

His logic is flawed. Lets put it in terms he might care about:
"It doesn't matter how good or bad the product is, the fact is that people don't use Apple Computers anymore. 90 percent of the people in the U.S. have used one Apple Computer or less last year. The whole conception is flawed at the top because people don't use Apple Computers anymore."
Of all the things Apple does right, Backup is one thing I believe they have gotten wrong. Microsoft I believe offers a greater solution to backup than Apple.
